At Dalday, we expects from Dalday Sellers not to upload any such products which are by any means prohibited in Pakistan by Law, Islamic values or by our Shipping Partners. Any violation to this will lead your store to quality control rejection, product deletion, as well as shop deactivation depending upon the severity. Certain products are restricted for cross-border sales due to local regulations or logistic issues. Here’s a list of
prohibited items cross-border sellers should take note of:
1. Pure battery-related products
2. Liquid product > 100 ml in volume
3. E-cigarettes, juices, and related accessories
4. Adult Items/Sex Toys
5. Face Masks (surgical, respiratory, and reusable masks)
6. Guns/Toy guns/Gun models and any other related accessories (such as bullets and pellets)
7. Pendants, keychains, and action figures with guns/ammunition shapes and designs
8. Weapons, ammunition, tasers, and knives (All kinds of knives including fruit/kitchen knife)
9. Flammable and explosive (lighter/million matches/magnesium rod/kerosene/pyrotechny/air pressure
tank etc.)
10. High value counterfeit items for cross border sellers. (With Specific Brands)
11. Live or dried biological specimen such as animals, plants, and seed
12. Seeds Intended for Pet Food
The aim of this policy is to build trust and confidence in our buyers when they shop on Dalday. You may not post or sell an item that is restricted by law. Below are the prohibited products but this list is not exhaustive. As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that you don’t list anything restricted.
Breach of this policy will result in your product being locked. Associated noncompliance points are also mentioned. A seller will face account deactivation once they accumulate 48 non-compliance points.
